Tropically found ingredients such as paw paw fruit, plantain leaves, cocoa pods, coconuts and herbs are burned to an ash and added to oils of palm, sesame, coconut and shea butter. This process gives the soap its naturally black color.

The high percentage of shea butter is one of the unique features of Shea Terra’s liquid soap. A propriety blend of indigenous herbs and extracts is added for skin nourishment. Looking for the wonder balm to heal your cracking lips? Need super strength lip balm power to fight off cold and sun? Shea Terra super balm starts with raw, golden beeswax from a Ugandan beekeeping project. Raw beeswax retains the curative powers bees are so famous for contributing.

Next they added creamy certified organic shea butter, certified organic virgin coconut cream oil, and emollient tsamma and wild plum oils from a Namibian project.
